Introduction
The Coordination MAK Anavad UK is committed to defending the rights of the Kabyle people and promoting the self-determination of Kabylia. This charter defines the principles, responsibilities, and ethical commitments of activists and supporters of the MAK Anavad.
Fundamental Principles
1 – Be Kabyle, of heart and mind, be aged over 18.
2 – Recognize the Kabyle people’s right to independence.
3 – Recognize Kabylia, its territory, its language and its culture.
4 – Recognize and swear an oath to the Kabyle flag (Annay Aqvayli) and the Kabyle national anthem.
5 – Recognize Anavad as the sole executive authority of Kabylia and as the sole legitimate representative of the Kabyle people in international forums.
6 – Recognize and embrace the entire history of the Kabyle people, their struggles, and their sacrifices, pay tribute to those who fell for freedom and dignity, including the Kabyle uprising under the banner of the FFS “1963-1965” and those of the Black Spring “2001-2005”.
7 – Adopt Kabyle as the official language of Kabylia and its parliament.

8 – Always legislate in the interests of the Kabyle people, in accordance with their values of respect for human rights and their objective of independence.
9 – Fight against any social, sexual or religious discrimination within the Kabyle society.
10 – To work towards the building of a modern, democratic, republican, federal, secular, and social state.
11 – To work for the unity, protection, and defence of the Kabyle people against any external aggression.
12 – Represent Kabylia and defend its interests before Algeria and international bodies.
13 – Leading Kabylia towards the organisation of a referendum for its right to selfdetermination and independence.
Ethical and Security Commitments.
Truthfulness and Transparency
Members must provide accurate information regarding their involvement and activism within MAK Anavad. Any false declaration may result in the rejection of membership applications or termination of membership.
Protection of Confidential Information
Members commit to safeguarding sensitive data related to the activities and members of MAK Anavad UK. Unauthorized disclosure of such information will be considered a serious breach and may lead to disciplinary actions.
Respectful and Responsible Conduct
Members are expected to conduct themselves respectfully in all interactions, both within and outside the organization. This includes:
- Avoiding misinformation and hate speech.
- Upholding democratic and universal values.
- Respecting the laws and social norms of the United Kingdom, the host country.
- Promoting peaceful and non-violent activism.
Dignified Representation of the Movement
Members shall act with integrity and dignity, representing MAK Anavad UK in a manner that inspires trust and respect, fully aligned with the ethical principles of the Coordination.

La Coordination MAK Anavad UK s’engage à défendre les droits du peuple kabyle et à promouvoir l’autodétermination de la Kabylie. Cette charte définit les principes, les responsabilités et les engagements éthiques des militants et sympathisants du MAK Anavad.
Principes fondamentaux
1 – Être kabyle, de cœur et d’esprit, être âgé de 18 ans et plus.
2 – Reconnaître au peuple kabyle le droit à son indépendance.
3 – Reconnaître à la Kabylie son territoire, sa langue et sa culture.

5 – Reconnaître l’Anavad comme seule autorité exécutive de la Kabylie et en tant que seul représentant légitime du peuple kabyle dans le conseil des nations.
6 – Reconnaître et assumer toute l’histoire du peuple kabyle, ses luttes et ses sacrifices, rendre hommage à celles et ceux qui sont tombé. e.s pour la liberté et la dignité, dont le soulèvement kabyle sous la bannière du FFS “1963-1965 ” et celles du Printemps Noir “2001-2005 “.
7 – Adopter le Kabyle comme langue officielle de la Kabylie et de son parlement

8 – Légiférer toujours dans le sens des intérêts du peuple kabyle, conformément à ses valeurs de respect des droits humains et de son objectif d’indépendance.
9 – Lutter contre toute discrimination sociale, sexuelle ou religieuse au sein de la société kabyle.
10 – Œuvrer à l’édification d’un état moderne, démocratique, républicain, fédéral, laïc et social.
11 – Œuvrer à l’union, à la protection et la défense du peuple kabyle contre toute agression externe.
12 – Représenter la Kabylie et défendre ses intérêts devant l’Algérie et les instances internationales.
13 – Conduire la Kabylie vers l’organisation d’un referendum pour son droit à l’autodétermination et à l’indépendance.

Les adhérents doivent fournir des informations exactes concernant leur engagement et leur activisme au sein du MAK Anavad. Toute fausse déclaration peut entraîner le rejet de la demande d’adhésion ou l’exclusion.
Protection des Informations Confidentielles
Les membres s’engagent à préserver la confidentialité des données sensibles relatives aux activités et aux membres du MAK Anavad UK. La divulgation non autorisée d’informations constitue une violation grave pouvant entraîner des sanctions.
Comportement Respectueux et Responsable
Les adhérents doivent adopter un comportement respectueux envers tous, tant dans leurs interactions internes qu’externes. Cela inclut :
- L’évitement de la désinformation et des discours haineux.
- Le respect des valeurs démocratiques et universelles.
- L’adhésion aux lois et aux normes sociales du Royaume-Uni, pays d’accueil.
